If you tried my bread recipe than you can make a pizza like this just as easy! This was the first time I tried this and it came out a little greasy plus I needed more cheese.
Make my bread recipe and change it to your liking. If you like sweet pizza keep the sugar the same or less if you dont. Add another teaspoon of salt and use olive oil instead of regular oil. Once you have your dough kneaded place in a well oiled bowl and let sit for a few hours. I let this one sit over night in the fridge.
Take your dough out and do not knead. Instead make a fist and punch down the dough into a circle with the flat part above your knuckles closest to the tips of your fingers. Basically slap the pizza with a closed fist palms down. Once in a circle put your favorite pesto sauce on the pizza then add sliced provolone cheese and fresh cut tomatoes on top.
bake at 425 until all the cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
Play with this a bit and make thin crust or thicker crust. Remember, its always delicious because you made it!
