Our Client Appreciation Program "shares" or gives back 33% of our commission to you. Normally, real estate commissions are 3% for the buyer’s agent and 3% for the seller’s agent. When you allow us to represent you we share 1% of the 3% with you. This means for a $300,000 home you would get $3000 cash back. We also pay a $500 "finder's fee" to anyone that refers a client to us. This is one of the many ways we thank our clients for allowing us to represent them.

What does this mean for you?
